This legislative package will exempt individuals 65+ from paying the Local Per Capita Tax. The legislative package includes four pieces of legislation, which is necessary due to the fact that the Per Capita Tax is provided for in the Public School Code, the Local Tax Enabling Act, the Third Class City Code and the County Code.
