Memo
Due to the toxic wastes and health and safety hazards associated with the production of methamphetamine (meth), I will be introducing legislation on Monday, March 10th to require sellers of residential property to disclose to potential buyers whether methamphetamine production has ever occurred on the property.  Title 68 Pa. C. S., Chapter 73, requires sellers to disclose any material defects to buyers.  Section 7304 establishes the minimum elements a disclosure form must include.  My legislation will amend Section 7304 to add disclosure of any history of methamphetamine production on the property.

Please join me in cosponsoring this legislation.
