Memo
In the near future, I will introduce legislation to modernize the structure of the Philadelphia Parking Authority Board.
Specifically, my bill provides that a majority of the board members must be residents of the municipality wherein the authority is located and each member must be a resident of the county or work or maintain a business in the municipality served by the authority.
This change provides for consistency with all other parking authorities in the Commonwealth.
Please join me in sponsoring this legislation.
