In the near future, I plan to introduce legislation to amend Act 48 of 1993, the Bureau of Professional and Occupations Affairs Act.
My legislation would add a provision allowing professionals under BPOA who are required to maintain continuing education (CE) to accrue CE credits in excess of any CE credits required for biennial renewal (CE carryover). The carryover shall be valid for one biennial renewal term only.
