Co-Sponsorship Memo Details

In the near future, I plan to re-introduce legislation that would create the Professional Licensees Illegal Employment Act.

This act would require any departmental or administrative board under the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs to revoke the license of any individual or business who knowingly hires an unauthorized alien in connection with the profession in which the licensee is licensed or any business activity related to the licensed profession.
