Memo
In the near future, I plan to introduce legislation that will authorize municipalities across the Commonwealth to implement senior citizen tax incentive volunteer exchange programs.
Specifically, all townships, boroughs and municipalities will be able to establish a program to allow residents, 60 years of age and older, to receive a real property tax credit established by the municipality and may not exceed the total amount of real property taxes that are owed by a participant in exchange for volunteer service.
Please join me in co-sponsoring this important legislation
