Co-Sponsorship Memo Details

In the near future, for transparency reasons, I will introduce legislation to require the State Conservation Commission (SCC) to formally submit a report to the General Assembly.  In addition to the Commission’s staffing, program activities and detailed accounting of how funding is used, the report will contain details and statistics on the programs and activities overseen by the SCC.  Those include:
 
                Allocations to conservation districts
                Certified commercial manure haulers and brokers
                Dirt and Gravel Roads
                Leadership development/conservation district personnel training
                Nutrient and odor management activities
                REAP tax credits
