Co-Sponsorship Memo Details

In the near future, for transparency reasons, I plan to re-introduce legislation (prior HB 2639) to require the State Conservation Commission (SCC) to formally submit a report to the General Assembly.  In addition to the Commission’s staffing, program activities and a detailed accounting of how funding is used, the report will contain details and statistics on the programs and activities overseen by the SCC.  Those include:
 

• Allocations to conservation districts
• Certified commercial manure haulers and brokers
• Dirt and Gravel Roads
• Leadership development/conservation district personnel training
• Nutrient and odor management activities
• REAP tax credits
