In the near future, I plan to introduce legislation that will correct an error that appears in Section 1103-C(c) of the Tax Reform Code of 1971. An error appeared in the publication of section 12 of the act of July 2, 1986 (P.L.318, No.77) in which the words "devise" and "devised" were published in the official copies of the act instead of the words "demise" and "demised." My legislation corrects this scrivener's error.
