In the near future, I intend to introduce legislation entitled immunity for regulatory compliance. This bill provides civil immunity for a manufacturer or seller when a product causes harm if they comply with applicable health and safety regulations.
In these trying times, Pennsylvania businesses face more obstacles than ever. My legislation would protect businesses by shielding them from frivolous lawsuits. This protection is essential to helping Pennsylvania businesses recover and thrive during and after the COVID 19 pandemic.
