Memo
Dog kennels across Pennsylvania, but especially those located close to a state border, face challenges in boarding out-of-state dogs. In the near future, I will introduce legislation that makes technical updates to the law, including ensuring out-of-state dogs (from adjacent states) can be accepted for boarding care at a Pennsylvania kennel provided that the dog has a current rabies vaccination.
