House Committee Vote Summary

Amends HB1522- Amend the definition of “wildlife,” to be defined as provided for under Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes. Add a definition of "Wildlife rehabilitator," to be defined as provided for under Section 147.302 (General) of Subchapter P. Wildlife Rehabilitation of Title 58 (Recreation) of the Pennsylvania. Remove the term [involving] and would insert the term/phrase “numbers of” throughout the provisions provided for on Page 4, Lines 10 -26 Code. Remove the provision providing for an annual transfer of $300,000 from the Game Fund.
