House Committee Vote Summary

Provides for the assessment of property where township boundary lines pass through the mansion house and the owner refuses or neglects to choose the municipality in which the land shall be assessed. Also, removes the requirement for the choice of assessment to be filed with the recorder of deeds and gives subsequent owners the choice of assessment at the time of purchase.
