House Committee Vote Summary

Prohibits a court from ordering countywide property assessments on or after the bill's effective date, and allows counties which are currently under court order to conduct such assessments to petition the court to delay the process until the General Assembly enacts legislation reforming the property assessment system or December 31, 2013, whichever is earlier.
