An Act designating the bridge carrying State Route 1017, known as Lycoming Creek Road, over Bottle Run, Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, as the John Gross Memorial Bridge; and redesignating the bridge on State Route 36 in the Borough of Mahaffey, Clearfield County, as the PFC Melvin L. Brown Memorial Bridge.
