An Act amending the act of December 5, 1936 (2nd Sp.Sess., 1937 P.L.2897, No.1), known as the Unemployment Compensation Law, further providing for definitions, for records of and reports by employers, for contributions to be liens and entry and enforcement thereof, for qualifications required to secure compensation, for certain agreements void and penalties, for false statements and representations to obtain or increase compensation, for false statements and representations to prevent or reduce compensation and other offenses, for violation of act and rules and regulations and for recovery and recoupment of compensation.
