Ehrhart Memorial Bridge; designating a bridge on that portion of State Route 8042 over U.S. Route 40, West Brownsville Borough, Washington County, as the SFC Thomas McDonough Memorial Bridge; designating the bridge, identified as Bridge Key 53827, on that portion of State Route 2003, also known as S.
