An Act amending the act of May 22, 1951 (P.L.317, No.69), known as The Professional Nursing Law, further providing for definitions, for State Board of Nursing and for dietitian-nutritionist license required, providing for scope of practice of licensed dietitian nutritionists and nutritionists and for practice or teaching of dietetics and nutrition, further providing for unauthorized practices and acts not prohibited, for temporary practice permit, for examinations and certificates, for fees and qualifications for licensure, for education programs, approved lists, distribution and student credits where school removed from list, for persons entitled to practice, for licenses, duration, renewal fee and inactive status, for reporting of multiple licensure, for continuing nursing education, for punishment for violations, for refusal, suspension or revocation of licenses and for injunction or other process.
