An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in falsification and intimidation, providing for the offense of failure to comply with animal abuse registration requirements; in other offenses, providing for the offense of illegal use of animal abuse registry information; and, in sentencing, providing for registration of animal abuse offenders.
