An Act amending the act of March 10, 1949 (P.L.30, No.14), known as the Public School Code of 1949, in preliminary provisions, providing for learning pod protection and for advertising; in terms and courses of study, further providing for agreements with institutions of higher education; in opportunities for educational excellence, further providing for definitions, for responsibilities of school entities and for concurrent enrollment agreements; in charter schools, further providing for definitions, providing for ideal charter schools, further providing for charter school requirements, for powers of board of trustees and for facilities, providing for fund balance limits and further providing for school district and intermediate unit responsibilities; in educational tax credits, further providing for limitations; and providing for education opportunity accounts and establishing the Education Opportunity Account Program.
