AN ACT
Designating Exit 30 from Interstate 84 onto State Route 402, in
Pike County, as the Corporal Bryon K. Dickson, II, Exit.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. The Corporal Bryon K. Dickson, II, Exit.
(a) Findings and declaration.--The General Assembly finds
and declares as follows:
(1) Corporal Bryon K. Dickson, II, served this country
and the Commonwealth with honor and distinction as a member
of the United States Marine Corps and as Corporal and Drug
Recognition Expert with the Pennsylvania State Police, where
he had most recently served with Troop R, Blooming Grove, as
Patrol Unit Supervisor.
(2) Corporal Bryon K. Dickson, II, valiantly gave his
life in the line of duty on September 12, 2014, when he was
one of two members shot in an ambush outside of the Blooming
Grove Station of the Pennsylvania State Police.
