I will be re-introducing legislation (SB 638) specifically targeting the problem of prescription drug diversion.
This legislation requires the immediate notification of local law enforcement and the Attorney General’s Bureau of Narcotics Investigation and Drug Control by any nursing home, assisted living facility, pharmacy or hospital that has had a controlled substance stolen from their facility.
