In the near future, I intend to sponsor legislation which will reduce the annual fee of a Certificate of Annual Registration for a limited liability company within the Commonwealth. The fee will be reduced to 75$ to better match the cost of services provided by the Corporation Bureau.
This is another measure to help our small businesses in Pennsylvania. The COVID-19 pandemic hurt and continues to burden businesses. This cost saving measure is another way we can help businesses get back on their feet. If you have any questions regarding this legislation, please contact my office at 717-787-4236.
